En paralelo a la gestión con Línea Directa El Mercurio, y considerando que Philips es una compañía internacional, decidí contactar a la casa matriz en Holanda.

El miércoles 14 de octubre ingresé en la página web internacional, seleccioné Contacto para Asuntos Corporativos (ya no me conformé con Servicio al Cliente o Soporte Técnico), e ingresé el siguiente texto:

Philips Chile refuses to hold accountable for lousy post warranty technical support service provided by Plus Service www.pservice.cl

This is unacceptable for such a prestigious brand as Philips.I'm contacting the Netherlands office, for the chilean office has proved ineffective in addressing this issue.

I hope this message is received by someone with sufficient authority to look seriously into this issue.

Philips Chile se rehúsa a hacerse responsable por el pésimo servicio técnico post garantía provisto por Plus Service www.pservice.cl

Esto es inaceptable para una marca tan prestigiosa como Philips.

Estoy contactando a la oficina en Holanda, puesto que la oficina en Chile ha demostrado ser inefectiva en resolver este problema.

Espero que este mensaje sea recibido por alguien con la suficiente autoridad para examinar seriamente el problema.
